Our First Beach Yoga Class

Yesterday morning we officially held our very first beach yoga class in Ventnor, and it was such a beautiful start to what I hope becomes an amazing summer community.

There’s truly nothing like beginning the day with movement, fresh ocean air, sunshine, and the sound of the waves in the background. We spent the morning relieving stress, grounding ourselves, moving intentionally, and creating space to simply breathe before starting the day.

As a yoga instructor and physical therapist, creating opportunities for people to reconnect with movement in a way that feels peaceful, welcoming, and energizing is something I care deeply about. And today felt exactly like that.

On a more personal note — I recently moved to Egg Harbor Township with my husband, but I spent my summers growing up in Ventnor. Some of my favorite memories are here by the beach, so being able to host classes in this area now feels really special and full circle for me.

One of my biggest goals with these classes is not just fitness or yoga, but community. I’m excited to meet new women (and men!) in the area, make connections, build friendships, and create a welcoming space where people can show up exactly as they are.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, these classes are designed to help you move, reset, de-stress, and start your morning feeling good.

📍 Classes are held at:

S Cambridge Ave Beach in Ventnor

(to the right of the Ventnor Fishing Pier)

🕢 Weekly Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30am

Bring a towel or yoga mat, water, and come join us for a peaceful morning by the ocean. I’d absolutely love to meet you.

See you on the sand 🤍
